The Artist Phillybelle

'Phillybelle' is Philly Rains,
artist, author, and antique dealer

           After years of art instruction, and giving her art as gifts to friends and family, Philly became a professional,
           self representing, artist offering her work on eBay. She enjoys working in watercolors, Prismacolor pencils,
           soft pastels, & oils. She also loves creating mixed media art which may incorporate her own photography,
           vintage images, handmade and origami papers, vintage ribbon, exotic fibers, found objects, charms, trinkets,
           and anything else that catches her eye.

In 2005 Philly discovered Artist Trade Cards (ATCs,) or ACEOs (Art Cards Editions and Originals,)

          which are works of art, 2.5" x 3.5" in size. Her creations are in collections all over the U.S., as well as
          Canada, the Netherlands, Australia, Brazil and the UK.

           One of her original works is included online at the Migraine Aura Foundation website.

          Philly's other passion is photography, and there are many images here for you to see. Prints are available
          on request.

          She is also the author of ANRI Woodcarvings, a collectors guide to the vintage carvings from ANRI, Italy.
